Brother Mike Finnerty lived life for others. Mikes tireless work throughout the years encouraged so many others to take the chance and get involved. Brother Mike worked for over 30 years in Africa and 10 years in Mauritius devoting his time and energy to those less fortunate through education. The Lasallian Developing Worls Projects exists due to the work carried out by Mike and his colleagues over 3o years ago and opened the door for hundreds of volunteers to bring their talents and drive to developing countries.

In the latter years Mike focused on his olders and less firm Lasallian family members and was always avilable for their transport needs during great times of need. A true Gentleman, strong, passionate and careing. Missed by all those lucky to learn from him througout the World.
